Too often, as women, we forget who we are.

We fade into the backdrop as we pack lunches, attend PTA meetings, do the 9-5 grind, rush home to take kids to practices.... it never ends, and somehow, in the midst of it all, we forget that we are the MAIN CHARACTERS OF OUR OWN LIVES.

I'm here to remind you.

You are important. 

You deserve to take care of yourself. 

You need to chase your own dreams, while you help everyone else chase theirs.

 

I've recently realized that I've forgotten, too. 

I put more time into developing my fictional main characters than I do in developing myself.  We're a work-in-progress from the time we're born until the time we leave this earth.   

 

I'll be sending a monthly Protagonist Dispatch to all main characters who sign up-- we'll talk tips, tricks, hacks, ideas..  in short, we'll remember just who the eff we are.
